Purpose of this disclaimer

This disclaimer explains the boundaries of our role whenever Tunevora Creative organizes, prepares, formats, references, or recommends music and audio materials. Our role

Tunevora Creative provides organizational and preparatory support for music and audio content. We help structure libraries, prepare and format files, build reference collections, and produce selection and planning materials.

Our role is administrative and creative-support in nature. We are not a music label, publisher, licensing agency, rights administrator, or performing-rights organization, and we do not act as one.

Client ownership and rights responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses for, any music or audio you provide to us or ask us to organize, prepare, or reference.

• Sending us a file, link, or reference does not transfer any rights to us, and our handling of it does not grant any rights to you.
• Before using any music publicly, commercially, or in broadcast or distribution, you must secure the appropriate license directly from the rights holder or an authorized licensing service.
• You are responsible for keeping records of the licenses and permissions that apply to your content.

No music licensing or royalty services

To be completely clear, Tunevora Creative does not, under any engagement:

• Grant, sell, sublicense, or transfer any license or right to use a recording or composition.
• Clear rights, obtain synchronization or mechanical licenses, or secure public-performance permissions on your behalf.
• Collect, calculate, manage, or pay royalties.
• Provide live broadcasting or regulated entertainment authorizations.

Any guide, recommendation, or organized collection we provide is a preparatory and organizational aid only and never substitutes for a license.

Reference and selection materials

Our selection guides and planning materials may identify, describe, or recommend music and audio created and owned by third parties to help you make decisions for your project. Naming or recommending a work is informational. It is not an endorsement by the rights holder, and it does not authorize you to use that work.

You remain responsible for licensing any recommended or referenced work before you use it.
